Ron Sommers is member of state Bar of Texas and is senior partner of Nathan,  Summers, and Jacobs, A Professional Corporation. Mr. Sommers has expertice in receiverships, bankruptcy, creditors rights, probate administration and non-profit corporate law. Mr. Sommers has served as counsel for creditor committees, individual and partnership and corporate debtors for Chapter 11 organization and liquidations. Mr. Sommers serves as bankruptcy trustee has been appointed receiver in federal and state court by The Texas Securities Board , the US Commodity Futures Trading Association, and the Attorney General for the State of Texas.  Mr Sommers has served on other boards and as an officer of several non-profit organizations. He currently serves as secretary for Trans Pecos Water Trust, Inc.
